Acacia Barrels Make Great White Wine

I tried some new Acacia barrels recently for my Viognier and had great results! I fermented 20% of my Viognier in these barrels and did frequent lees stirring and added a total of 130 days age in these barrels to the wine. Check out the new 2013 Siren’s Call Viognier on tap at Vancouver Urban Winery.
